We start communicating from the moment we are born. The ways we communicate are learned from our family, friends, school, television, social media and even our faith communities. In all honesty, these are not always the best sources of great communication skills.

This course is not another course about how to do social media. This IS about addressing some of the issues about basic human communication that affect in-person communication, virtual conversations and, yes, how we communicate on social media when it's done verbally.

It's possible to cover all of the lessons in less than an hour. However, I encourage, even challenge you to do only one lesson per day and then take the time to intentionally use what you learn for the rest of that day - and beyond.
