In addition to our time each month for conversation and sharing, some opportunities for increased learning will also be part of the group process. To start with, participants will receive the “Fascination Advantage” assessment developed by Sally Hogshead, along with her book How the World Sees You. The Fascination Advantage assessment will enable you to know how others perceive your God-given gifts and how to use this to further your ministry. The assessment and the book will also help you better understand how you perceive others and how to facilitate people working together better in your faith community.
Specifics for this group:
- This group is specifically designed for women who are either ordained clergy or serve in an equivalent role in their faith community
- Group size is limited to 10 participants
- Meetings will be on the third Thursday of each month
- Meetings will be from 3-4:30 p.m. Eastern time
- A monthly 30 minute Q & A call on the first Thursday of each month from 4:00-4:30 p.m. Eastern time. (If you can’t be on these calls, they will be recorded so you can still get the benefit.)
- NO TRAVEL involved. Meetings will be via Zoom.us (This is an online conferencing platform. Participants will be able to use the free version of this for our meetings.)
